At Kabot Orthodontics, we are happy to have you as our patient, and look forward to providing the best orthodontic care at a reasonable cost. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service.
We will provide you a complete breakdown of your orthodontic treatment plan and all fees that apply prior to initiating treatment. We offer multiple-child discounts, and discounts for paid-in full accounts.
At your disposal are a variety of payment options to meet your financial needs. For your convenience, we offer in-house financing, in the form of no-interest monthly payments. You also have the option to automatically deduct your monthly payment from your debit or credit card, and you will also receive monthly statements, along with a payment schedule at the start of treatment.
Traditionally, the finest dental service has been based on a friendly, mutual understanding between the doctor and patient. We wish to maintain this professional relationship in our office. As always, we encourage you to ask any questions you may have regarding our services and fees.
There is no direct relationship between our office and your insurance company. The type of plan chosen by you, and/or your employer, determines your insurance benefits. As such, we have no input in the selection of your insurance company, no control over terms of your contract, the methods of reimbursement, or the determination of your insurance benefits. In many cases your orthodontic benefit can be utilized toward your down payment or your monthly payments. There are a select number of insurance companies that will not send the payments directly to our office, but they will send the checks to the subscriber of the insurance. You can bring those insurance payments in to our office and have them applied to your account. You are solely responsible for your account balance with our office. Please remember, we are here to help you understand and utilize your insurance benefits.
We sincerely believe that the above policy, which is also the policy of the American Association of Orthodontics, will best preserve the quality of orthodontic care provided, by permitting us to respond directly to your needs, and deliver treatment in the most effective and economical manner.
